We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! It was exactly as described—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping, while still being in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay!

We enjoyed our week at Epic 13. The house was very clean and furnished nicely. The two teenagers as well as the adults used the game room daily, before and after ourPark trips. The pool is small and not heated, but this was known to us before we booked. Overall, it was a great place. And we loved the location. There were very few traffic backups going to either Disney or Universal. The Publix, Starbucks and Walgreens are very close by. And both fast food and casual dining too.

Very cute minion room in garage space. Location good. Access to club house pool great. Areas of improvement:1. Water heater only good for 2 showers 30 mins duration. This is advertises high occupancy with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathroom; however the water heater didn’t support my party of 5 adults, 5 kids.2. Walls are paper thin and very close together. Heard everything making sleep challenging3. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade. These were the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on and sleep on a firm at home. All adults were sore from them. Pillows flat and hard.4. Lastly, we could have used pool towels for the mini pool at the house. We had to go buy some.
