We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were there for a week. This house was even better than the pictures. The house was very spacious and the views of the canal were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and the use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toys was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the pool each evening. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and especially loved seeing the manatees in the canal while we were there. Matt was an awesome host and even had a surprise waiting for us when we arrived. We had some issues with the code to get into the house but he was readily available to help us and remedy the problem. Location, location, location…the house is one block from the beach and Armands Circle was just a very short walk also. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants there. I would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it to anyone.

We stayed on this beautiful property to celebrate my sisters bachelorette party. First, the communication was 10/10. They were accommodating to allow us to check in early which was great! The property was clean and spacious. They even got us a cake as a welcome gift. The backyard is right on the canal where you can see manatees in the early morning. It’s about a 2 minute walk to Lido beach and 2-3 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to spend our vacation at. Thank you so much Matt and Susan. We will be back!

The hosts were so helpful , quick to respond , and friendly. The view was remarkable . The dock was a great view for our manatee friends. The beautiful beach & sunsets are a short walk across the street as is Armand’s Circle. The house is ample , well stocked and a good kitchen with plenty of storage room. Will return!

The Banyan Retreat was more than we could have wished for. Spacious and clean the home backs up right on the canal and the views were beautiful. We enjoyed the manatees daily and I think they enjoyed us also! We were able to walk to the pristine beaches and Saint Armand’s Circle which provided shopping and many restaurant choices. Prime locations and the hosts were very accommodating.
