The Cove Hotel - Plateau Mont-Royal

Location and good value. Rooms are much better than the lobby and other facilities.

Rooms have been updated, but that’s not the case of the lobby and other facilities.

J’ai tout aimé. C’est très rare que ça arrive mais pour le coup, ce logement est vraiment exceptionnel

The apartment was located in a very fun, artsy neighborhood. Lots of eateries, pubs, and shopping within a brief walk from the property. We also had reasonably priced parking just a few blocks down from the property. The subway station is a short walk from the property. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment. It was roomy and clean. It was also very quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke both English and French, and we liked that someone was at the lobby desk 24/7. We were given the codes to both the building and our apartment prior to arriving.

We felt the room needed a few more supplies: additional rolls of toilet paper, some kitchen towels, and some paper napkins or a roll of paper towels. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms and the full bath were in the lower (basement) level of the apartment. Also, the apartment description said “city view” which was actually a view of the private parking lot at the back of the building with graffiti covered walls.

Great location In suite laundry

Disgustingly unclean Overpowering horrible perfume smell in the lobby Toilet broke- staff were notified but did nothing. Had to fix the toilet myself. No discount.
