The apartment was equipped with all the necessary utensils.Extremely clean. Lovely view of the canal. Location to ICC was a 6 minute walk from the apartment along the canal and gates manned by seciurity until early evening.The Canal Ferry is another fun way to travel to the ICC if you feel like a fresh morning start. Safe underground parking. Secure building.Quaint balcony. Proximity to the Waterfront and Sea Point so convenient.Also liked the instruction booklet compiled by the owner with an interest method of key collection as per communication from the owner.Also an easy drop off of the key on departure. The bathroom shower and toilet were very clean.Otherwise an overall lovely place that is very well maintained by the owner.

The place is not easy to find when you navigating. Got lost a bit despite using Waze and Google Maps. Your landmark to the place is to head towards the Sky Hotel and turn left at the robots under the bridge.The Yacht club is also a useful landmark. The arrangement to enter the block I stayed at,was a bit complicated to enter, having to exit the building to use the right doorway that leads to a lift to the parking.It's uncomfortable in rainy and windy conditions. Also a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. Note! No cleaner for the duration of your stay, although the host left Detergents to wash dishes. Few towels so perhaps bring your own. The bathroom shower and toilet were very clean.Otherwise an overall lovely place that is very well maintained by the owner.

this is the best. we enjoyed it well and the acess is good. the environment is divine.
