Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
The location and the fact that everything (apart from the TV) worked perfectly well. I really liked the washing machine and the fact that the tap water was very cold.
The owner will need to invest in air conditioning. We had a fan, which was fine, but if Vienna is going to continue to experience 39 degree days, AC will be necessary.
7 / 10Bon·juill. 2026
era carina e in cucina erano già presenti alcune cose utili come sale e cappuccino solubile
la doccia aveva un aspetto un po’ spaventoso a causa del sotto ingiallito dall’usura ed era abbastanza intasata. Inoltro l’appartamento è piuttosto scomodo dal centro se ci si vuole muovere a piedi

Great neighborhood. Comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful
The apartment is a bit worn out and something things are not working properly like the shower and the blinds. The floor was dusty.
