The location, views, and having access to fish from marina.
The floors creaked, the ceiling where the pool table is looks like it’s starting to cave in, we kept waking up with bites on random places I hope it wasn’t bed bugs, the main bathroom doesn’t have a place to hold toilet tissue just on the back of the toilet, we saw ants and small roaches, and the key did not work to open the doors downstairs outside I had to physically jump inside from opening to unlock the doors to have access to downstairs room.
