Flat was very well situated for access to Cardiff University.
Very clean and welcoming, beds extremely comfortable.
All necessary appliances present and TVs in both bedrooms
Absolutely nothing wrong with the flat. Was kept awake by students on the first night of our stay but it was freshers week so hardly surprising!

Easy to collect keys, good location, comfortable beds, responsive owner when things weren't as expected.
Two bath towels provided for four people (rectified when contacted through app), only one wine glass, only two hangers in wardrobe of smaller bedroom, no mirror in smaller bedroom, no ironing board.

Good location for nearby bars/restaurants and nice to have towels provided. Clean apartment and good space.
No internet, or working tv and limited parking (payment from 8am or permit holder only area). Very noisy and woken up 4:30am by student neighbours. Toilet seat broken/loose and shower drain blocked.
