The behaviour and response of staff. They checked me in despite my booking through you not getting reflected in their system may be due to some technical glitch in interface between Booking.com and the hotel.
Maintenance of room and washroom. Washroom tap was coming off had to be careful opening and closing. The blind curtain mechanism was not working.
