La Cheminee Boutique Apartment

Immaculate property, this property was so clean, staff lovely and helpful, the owner even took us to the airport. Nice young couple with a fabulous hotel. Location is brillant, beach across the road and the nightlife and restaurants a short walk away

Nothing

Staff was awesome and hospitality was top notch. Room was quite big and there service was best in town.

big and spacious

Nothing except staff are courteous.

We enjoyed our holiday in Phu Quoc other than the wrong choice of accommodation. We experienced the following at the property: (1) limited breakfast choices; only one local dish and one drink per guest delivered to room; (2) limited utensils in kitchen as there were no knife or scissors; (3) same type floor mats were provided for kitchen and bathroom and they were not replaced during stay. Please consider supplying floor towels instead; (4) amenities like toothbrush, cotton buds, shower cap, shaver were provided on arrival but there were not replenished at all. Tissues and toilet rolls were not topped up; (5) lack of maintenance in bathroom as shower head holder was faulty, toilet seat cracked, sliding bathroom door were stuck three occasions and required companion’s assistance to open from outside; (6) there are no grab bars in bathroom to hold when floor is wet and slippery; (7) insufficient clothes hangers as only 3 thin hangers provided; (8) no hooks in the bedroom and kitchen for hanging things; (9) experienced power outage twice on last morning of departure which caused inconvenience; (10) locations is not conveniently located.
