Welcome to Lil Mesquite, a unique one-bedroom loft tucked inside a beautifully restored historic warehouse in the heart of downtown Waco. Just steps from the iconic Magnolia Market and Silos, you'll also be next door to the Dr Pepper Museum and the charming Fabled Bookstore & Café. With dozens of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within a few blocks, you can park once and explore the best of Waco on foot. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit!
The space
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting space filled with natural light from original warehouse windows. This beautiful condo features:
A spacious king bedroom, complete with a smart TV and plenty of room to unwind along with pull style doors for extra privacy
A comfy fold-out sofa, ideal for children or petite guests
A queen air mattress with for extra sleeping space in the living area
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, plus coffee, cream & sugar to get your mornings started
In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
Fast Wi-Fi, a 50" smart TV (apps available with individual guest log in) in the living room, turntable with vintage vinyl for relaxing evenings in
Added bonus: Baylor University is just a 10–15 minute walk away, and the McLane Stadium shuttle stop for game days is just two blocks from your door- making your ultimate fan experience a breeze!

Guests will have access to entire private condo (with the exception of one locked supply closet) plus the building workout room open 24/7.

Must park in designated parking space (towing is enforced)
This is a downtown area which sometimes comes with downtown noises (i.e. trains & downtown life) Most of the time it is peaceful & quiet, but on special days (i.e. Baylor Homecoming etc) a little more noise may be heard. We provide earplugs & a sound machine for light sleepers.

We loved this loft, very spacious, has everything one needs, (including a workout room), great location except for the bar which is right outside the terrace. Sadly, the music was so loud on Fri & Sat night we could not sleep until they closed at 2am. Calls to the police dept did not help. The management was very nice, but I don't know what they can do about the noise. If you're a heavy sleeper and take earplugs with you it may be worth a try due to the location, amenities and spaciousness.

Great location. Walking distance to basically anywhere downtown. Noise from the bar next door can easily be covered up by turning the fan on for the ac unit. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Waco. Great value for the money!

We had a great stay. The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had. The loft was really cute and fut our needs. Its a geeat location if you are going to Magnolia. Just a couple minute walk over there. Thanks for making our trip great and hassle free.
