There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed Championship Golf Course.
32 Borderlinks allows ONE well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS. Dog must be approved in advance.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo.

The property was really nice and we were able to check in a little early which was a nice addition! The pictures absolutely match this place and it worked really well for what we needed. They even supplied a few starter items which was nice. Linen was placed into bags and the beds were clean and comfortable.We did have a couple of issues which were mentioned to the company (who responded quickly). We were originally told that swim passes were provided for the pool. Once we arrived at the pool with what we thought was all we needed, we were told we had to pay to use the pool. That was definitely frustrating. So there is a single car parking pass but that’s it…Additionally there were some other issues - pet hair on the floor, a leak in the ceiling from the mass rain while we were there, and many dirty dishes. Nothing that ruined the stay but it felt like something was found over and over.On the plus side, they did have dishes in the kitchen and PLENTY of silverware. There was not a standard coffee pot which was shown in the picture, instead there was a Keurig, which was fine but I don’t believe that was noted anywhere. They did have ice in the freezer which was nice and some extra plastic solo cups. We were 5 people and 1 kid and could have used more towels but otherwise, the showers were good. Love having the washer/dryer too!Overall the trip was okay. I think the listing could be updated and the cleaning service to be more attentive.
