Finding a rental with a boat lift is a challenge. Lots of waterfront rentals where you can tie up a boat but lifting it out of the water is a huge difference. With my brothers brand new Sportsman, he was not about to have that boat banging against a dock for 3 days. I thought that price we paid was great so I was expecting the place to not be very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice. The front is all parking area and enough for 3 vehicles. Out back was great as it was shaded int he mornings and faced the sunset sky in the evenings. The bathrooms were newly remodeled along with the kitchen. If you have a boat and looking for a place with quick access to the Gulf (John's Pass) then this is the place for you. We will defiantly be staying there again. Also it was great for our dog that is 30 lbs and fit through the doggy door to her own outside area with fake grass. It was perfect.

Great location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Back patio area perfect for relaxing.

The property is perfect! It had everything we needed for a great week. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, leftover containers, and plenty of dishes for the meals. We used the grill out back as well. Fit 8 of us easily and was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The boys enjoyed fishing off the back in the channel and caught a lot of different species. The back porch area is huge and the place shower out back when coming in from the beach was a great addition! The rooms were huge and double living areas gave our boys a great spot for them and additional spot for us. Very close to so many fun things to do especially at John’s Pass. Would highly recommend this property. Host was very fast with communication and very helpful throughout the trip.
