Very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds soft and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen.
One large bath towel and flannel, one hand towel and bath mat. Very good WiFi and a very big TV.
We did struggle a little with the stairs, as it is an older building(quite steep), but motion lighting helped.
Very close to everything, little cafe 2 mins away(great coffee and croissants), another min and a lovely walk around the Mere.
It was only 2 of us, perfect size. Would definitely return to this property :-)

Cosy little cottage, furnished to high spec throughout. Great quality utensils, towels etc.
Great position for walking into Framlingham and to enjoy what it has to offer.
Not having private parking, difficult to park outside, but on a plus we did manage to use the free car park a short walk away.

High standards of cleanliness, quality of towels and bed linens, tasteful decor and furnishings, comfy bed and location
Would feel too small for more than two of us as very compact and only one toilet.
Outside areas could do with a bit of TLC

The location is ideal, in the centre of Framlingham and easy walking distance to the castle and all restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes in the area. The cottage itself was beautiful, and has clearly been recently renovated. Everything was modern, clean and super comfortable. It's a cozy size, as all Suffolk cottages are, but perfect for a family of 4. Can highly recommend.
