Location to friends I was visiting.
Flat pillows and the heating wouldn’t turn off so I had to sleep above the covers with window open.

Breakfast, as advertised, not an option
Only one toilet for many rooms although 2showers,. Drains need fixing in showers and bathrooms need some serious cleaning .
Beds comfortable and bedding clean.
Hall and stairs might want to make friends with a vacuum cleaner on of these days.
