Home was modern with huge rooms, but still cosy and warm. We stayed as an extended family group of 8. Beds were all very comfortable and furniture stylish. All living areas were very clean. Lots of amenities included such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, multiple ovens, coffee machine, plus cookware, crockery and also dishwasher tabs, washing powder, coffee pods etc. Bathrooms both had large walk in showers with powerful, hot water, shampoo, conditioner and soap were also provided. Property was quiet with no neighbourhood noise at night. Nice garden with outdoor furniture - we didn't use this as it was too cold. Agents for property were superb. Excellent communication and very responsive for any questions that we had. Location suited us, lots of buses close by and we used day Groupsaver tickets to get around cheaply. Tesco Express 5 minutes walk. We would stay here again if in the area. Useful to know: Bedrooms 4 & 5 on top floor are separated by a thick curtain with a shared bathroom - ideal as a suite for a family with children. Washing machine and dryer were in basement which had steep stair access and low ceiling.

The property had obviously been a well loved home, which could benefit from a touch up in a couple of areas. This was a minor cosmetic observation and did not impact our stay - the size of rooms, cleanliness and quality of fittings and furniture were perfect for our stay and we would stay again.

Great location, short drive to most places. The house is huge and we all stayed very comfortably - it has all the amenities you could require and even toys for our toddler to play with in the garden. When we arrived we didn't have enough keys as there was 7 of us but the owners dropped off an extra set promptly which was great!

This was a wonderful property to stay in. Its location, just a short distance from the city centre, made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. From the start, the hosts communicated clearly and consistently, which made our stay feel effortless and well organised. We were able to check in easily through their self check in process. The house itself is spacious and beautifully styled, with each bedroom having its own unique character. The primary bedroom felt almost like a private apartment, complete with a king-size bed, a cosy sitting area, en-suite and a walk-in closet. We even had to play rock–paper–scissors to decide who would get the room 😂. The layout of the house flows perfectly, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space while still coming together in the welcoming common areas. Despite the property’s size, the internet connection was flawless throughout, which meant I could comfortably work from home during my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and truly appreciated Sonia’s hospitality throughout our stay!

I have no complaints, this is a great property. It does require a deposit however this is refundable as long as the property is looked after during your stay.
