It was so clean and nice

I liked the fact there was most things I needed there and available. It was clean enough and everything I used seemed to work fine and straightforward. It was clean and once inside felt secure. Bed was comfy and welcomed. WiFi signal strong and easy to connect to.
Some kind of welcome drink or snack after long day travelling and arriving late would have been a nice touch. Also info about what was near by and opening times for shops and takeaways etc would have been good. The entrance and fire doors are so heavy and slow to close so felt a bit nervous about someone being behind me at any time as a solo traveller, especially being at the top floor stairwell.

Nice clean apartment for one or two people. Close enough to walk into the city.
Heating is ineffectual, bathroom needs a towel rail, tv needs to, at least have more than 4 channels and not be wired to a FireTV.

Location 6A bus outside to the city centre - good Wi-Fi- modern kitchen - clear access instructions - end
Not homely at all (no pictures or a nice colourful washable rug) - bed too soft - shower alternates between scolding and freezing - no guide about how to operate the heating or the stove - threadbare towels - no luggage rack - no chest of drawers to put our belongings in - end
