Accessibility to all the different places we wanted to go
- Inability to move all our luggage into the apartment 6, easily, due to the steep and narrow staircase. We had to send remaining luggage to somewhere for keep throughout our stay.
- Dirty entrance staircase with snacks littered on both the floor and the baby pram kept at entrance, the base of the staircase which made it narrower
- The main entrance door to the facility can easily be unlocked from outside due to an opening on the door

I loved my stay, hot shower, very comfortable bed, close to the center of everything, and the apartment had everything I needed.

Liked the fact it was close to our favourite pubs. Close to City Centre. It was very warm.
Very noisy area. Need to warn guests how noisy it can be. A welcome pack would be good with suggestions of places to go etc. We were given wrong WiFi code and password. Warning about amount of stairs would be good too. A small welcome pack to include milk would have been a lovely added extra. Chairs not comfy in living room. A sofa would be nice. A new bin for bathroom that doesn't have lid missing.
