This is a great place, but you should be aware of the steps and small stairway getting to the apartment. Plenty of room and well furnished.
The carpets REALLY need to be cleaned - my wife would not have stayed here due to the carpet cleanliness.

It was the perfect location for our visit to Ft Myers/ANC! We did have some miscommunication with our arrival but the owners responded immediately and took care of our needs with extreme urgency. The beds in the bedrooms were wonderful and the AC window units kept the rooms cold as we liked it! Once we were situated, it suited our needs and I will look to stay there for our annual trip to Arlington!
Although it was clean and acceptable for our use, there were some things that made us initially question if we made the right choice. The living room, kitchen floors could use a refresh and the pull out couch bed could also be replaced.
