It was clean and satisfactory for a 1 night stay. Light breakfast was simple but plentiful. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a plant based milk alternative.
The complete reliance on AI for check in was frustrating as there are obviously bugs in the system. It was disconcerting that there were no staff at all. No fridge or safe in the room (though I found out the following morning that fridges are available in the breakfast pod but anyone can use them so probably not the place to chill your wine).

Property was exactly as described. Very comfortable, very clean and spacious. We parked right outside and walked straight into room, which was ready earlier than check in time. I haven’t rated the staff as we didn’t see any as it was self check in but the hosts were so responsive via WhatsApp and kept me in the loop with everything I needed to know. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Ambleside 😁

Did not like the guest room where u made toast
