The overall ambience and cleanliness of this hotel is spot on. We really enjoyed our stay. Robot deliveries are awesome too!

The bed was very comfortable. The late night porridge and breakfast were very nice. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The no window room was well done and made it feel natural.
The smoking area was right at the front doors meaning it was impossible to avoid. The wifi was hard to log into. The no window garden area light switched on very abruptly in the morning!
