The rooms were modern, clean, and made efficient use of a small space. The water pressure was very strong. Breakfast had a solid selection. The room came with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, and large sink. Central location, could walk to get food. Staff were friendly and present.
The wi-fi had very bad signal in the room. One day I came back after work (~7pm) to find my room door propped open (!!) and a dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom. Parking is just some empty gravel lots. Elevator is tiny (3 people max) and there is a huge step to get in the front door. No dresser to put clothes, unless they are meant to go in the kitchenette drawers?

At 4:30 am the breakfast was not ready but there was bagels, bread, juice, fruit & cereal when breakfast was not to be ready until later.
The room was a bit small but ok for one person.

Central downtown location, newly renovated
Finishing on renovations sloppy. We got transferred from our room at 8:30 pm due to emergency renovation, to the 4th floor, where I requested upon checkin. After complaining, we were offered $25 for the inconvenience. The entrance to the parking lot was strange, ofsett and between two street parking spots.
