SUPERB STAFF SERVICE! All were so welcoming and ready to assist anytime. Rooms are very new, beds are REALLY comfortable especially after a long day out. Taobao deliveries are handled well by the staff too! Location is great to Forbidden City (walkable), even has robot delivery to your room for those late night food deliveries

Todo increíble, al lado de todo pero la tranquilidad y silencio que se busca para descansar.
Tal vez el tema de la comunicación, el personal de recepción no hablaba inglés pero el móvil sirve para esto. Por poner alguna pega.

Great location, good breakfast and very clean and modern rooms
Very friendly staff
Staff were very friendly but large language barrier and major difficulties paying by Mastercard, But this is minor and to be expected in China

Adorable location in a 10 min on foot to the Forbidden city.
Really nice stuff, who try to help you with all questions.
Brilliant room and especially bed, I slept like a baby!
The only point to work on - breakfast. Food is really good, but restaurant is kinda small and it is difficult to find place to eat.
