Welcome to Grayling Grace, a 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home offering both comfort and style. The open-concept living area features high ceilings, abundant natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island ideal for gatherings.
Relax in the primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll also find a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. The second floor includes a private balcony, while the backyard offers a patio with seating and a grill — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
This 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental features:

Two cars are allowed in the driveway. Additional parking is available by the mailboxes. No street parking is permitted.

Beach Access:
The nearest access is Inlet Beach Regional Access, about a 2–3-minute drive from the property. This access offers parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards. Located at the end of South Orange Street, about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98, it's the largest county access with three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.
A short half-mile walk east leads to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell, with opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring local reefs teeming with marine life.
Other details to note:
Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. The trash bin is located inside the gate in the backyard. Please take the trash can out the afternoon/evening before pickup. After pickup has occurred, make sure the can is returned to its appropriate location.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. One external camera is located above the front door.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

The house is across the street from the beach and up the road from many walkable restaurants. It had all the basics and was definitely clean. We had a great stay.

The check in was super easy and the host responded immediately! The house was beautiful but it was not on the beach like the location on vrbo said it was across the highway and the view was the highway. The grill was also just over the fire. Overall great house, good location just a bit farther than expected!

BE AWARE the house is located NORTH of Hwy 98. The location shown on the map is incorrect. And you cannot drive to Rosemary Beach in 2 minutes much less walk there in that time. It backs up to 98 so you hear road noise ALL NIGHT…even with our sound machine. The beach access is fairly close but you have to cross a very busy 4 lane hwy with no traffic light. The house is cute and clean and was enough space for 4 of us for a couple days but were misled about the location from the listing. Also, the house is not stocked well. There was not one pan nor oven mitt in the kitchen. No hair dryers in any bathroom either.
