Starlink Pro 1 gig wifi, double monitor and adjustable desk and office for work from home - PS5, Youtube TV, arcade, and board games included for fun - and high end jacuzzi hot tub spa and sauna for relaxation.

TRANSIT: A car is required in this area. The home offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for trucks with ski racks or trailers. Roads are well-maintained year-round, and Sunday River Road offers fast, direct access to the mountain.

In winter, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles due to mountain conditions.
