Applies to: Anyone under 18 years of age
During curfew hours, individuals under 18 must remain with a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult.
*The HOA will be pressure washing the building during January 2027 (dates are to follow)

Guests enjoy deeded access to a private stretch of pristine Gulf shoreline, along with resort-style amenities including sparkling pools and lush community spaces. Spend your mornings biking along 30A’s scenic pathways (bike rentals available), your afternoons soaking in the sugar-white sands, and your evenings savoring the upscale dining and entertainment just steps from your door. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a peaceful recharge, this studio delivers boutique coastal luxury with an effortless bohemian flair.
If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have a reserved space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs; it will be listed on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

Great area. The room just lacked items that are necessary to have for rentalsThe curtains were useless, sun got in, in the mornings and couldn’t sleep well,they essentially wernt there, no extra blankets/pillows at all, the main lighting was not working, the pictures DEFINITELY make it look bigger than what it actually is.Overall, an okay spot. Would recommend spending 200-300 total extra dollars and getting a house or bigger unit.
