- Please note that this apartment participates in the building’s rotating waste collection schedule. During certain assigned periods, the occupant may be responsible for placing the building’s trash, compost, and recycling bins at the curb for collection and returning them afterward. The task itself takes only a few minutes per collection day. Trash and compost are collected weekly on Wednesdays, and recycling is collected every other Tuesday. Because this is a 30+ day residential rental, occupants may be asked to assist with this shared building responsibility during their stay as part of the cooperative nature of the building community.
