WAG ‘N Ridge Cabin is a welcoming newly listed and renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat on App Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock, only a short walking distance (5 minutes) from Appalachian Ski Mountain. The cabin sleeps up to eight guests. This 3 level cabin has 1 bedroom on the main level with a king bed. The primary bathroom is adjacent to the room and has a shower with a jacuzzi bathtub. Upper level has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Each room has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed respectively. The cabin was recently furnished with new furniture, mattresses and luxurious linens. There is a front and rear covered porch with rocking chairs and a gas grill.
Inside, guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, gas wood-burning fireplace, AC and central heat, WiFi, washer and dryer, and TV in the living room.
The cabin is family friendly with board games, puzzles, and a professional ping pong table in the lower level.
The cabin sits between Blowing Rock and Boone, NC which offers the perfect blend of mountain charm, outdoor adventure, and small-town culture. In Blowing Rock, visitors enjoy stunning views from The Blowing Rock, scenic carriage trails at Moses Cone Memorial Park, boutique shopping downtown, and legendary attractions like Tweetsie Railroad and Grandfather Mountain’s Mile-High Swinging Bridge. The cabin is also a short walking distance to Appalachian Ski Mountain for skiing and ice skating in winter.
Standard mountain-area guidelines apply: no smoking, no parties, winter travel require AWD or 4WD, and guests must follow the rental agreement and property rules.
