House designed for relaxation in a quiet residential area. Respect for neighbors is essential: quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and loud music is not allowed in the garden or by the pool. Parties and events are not permitted. This is the perfect place for families, couples, and groups of adults looking to unwind and care for the house and its surroundings as if it were their own.

Located in Badia Gran, this spacious 200 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV with video on demand, washer, dryer, and a workspace. For families, there is a crib, high chair, game console, and shared toys and books for children.

The private pool is part of the house and is exclusively for guests’ use during your stay. It is set in the private garden, next to two open terraces—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors with the available barbecue. An outdoor shower completes this area so you can refresh and unwind at your leisure.

There is no parking space inside the property, but there is plenty of street parking. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the island and get around easily. One pet is allowed. Beach towels are included for your convenience, and two bicycles are available for exploring the area. A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away.
