ARRIVE BETWEEN HARBOR LIGHTS AND THE HORIZON

You step onto Long Island and find yourself right in the light-filledliving and dining area, which, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, feels like a front-row seat on the water. Before you, the view opens up over the harbor entrance and the sailing and recreational boat marina. Sailboats often pass by here, seagulls circle overhead, and sometimes even a porpoise makes an appearance in the water.

The adjoining terrace is just a few steps from the water’s edge. The green space surrounding the house invites you to walk barefoot, play, read, and doze in the sun. Inside, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth—a quiet invitation to simply stay here even on stormy days and watch the weather.

ROUTES TO THE BEACH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
The Weidefelder sandy beach with beach chairs, a boardwalk, and the sound of the sea is just a short drive (2 minutes) or a leisurely walk (600 m) away.

COMFORT WITH A VIEW
The living area features an open layout: a cozy sofa, the dining table right by the window, plus subtle colors that make the outdoors seem even more striking. Here you can enjoy long breakfasts as the harbor slowly comes to life outside, and quiet evenings when the lights are reflected in the water.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area and is equipped to make even ambitious cooking a joy: dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso maker, and large countertops—from a quick pasta dish to a gourmet fish meal, anything is possible.

SLEEPING BY THE WATER
Two separate bedrooms accommodate up to four people—ideal for couples, friends, or a small family. Both rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and, with their soothing colors, feel like little private retreats.

From here, you step right out onto the wraparound terrace. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, in case you’d like to wind down the day with a movie or TV show.

WELLNESS TIME IN YOUR OWN BATHROOM
Long Island’s spacious bathroom is your private wellness area: The walk-in shower, the whirlpool tub, and the two-person infrared sauna—complete with a hi-fi sound system and LED color lighting—create a place where you can consciously wind down at the end of the day. After a long walk on the beach, sit in the heat cabin, listen to your favorite music, and feel everything slowly come to rest.

ENJOY THE SEA AIR
Two terraces, each featuring high-quality patio furniture, a grill, and two lounge chairs, frame the apartment. On the waterfront side, you’ll sit right next to the harbor entrance, watching boats and clouds while enjoying a sundowner in a beach chair. On the other side, you’ll find a sheltered spot for breakfast or reading when the breeze from the water picks up a bit.

MAXIMUM COMFORT
Long Island is located on the first floor and, thanks to its design, is also well-suited for guests with limited mobility. The apartment offers plenty of space across approximately 89 m², with clear layouts and well-thought-out amenities. Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, a safe, and a smoke detector are included, as are a washer and dryer.

The private parking space is located directly in front of the house. A shared charging station is available for electric cars, located in the apartment on the upper floor. Dogs are welcome, and thanks to a high chair and a crib, even the little ones will quickly feel at home.
