A ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 J1772 charger is available for $0.60/kWh, based on actual usage recorded by the ChargePoint app. Please notify your host before charging so the charger can be made available.

Tesla vehicles: Please bring a J1772-to-Tesla (NACS) adapter to use the charger.

PET POLICY:

Dogs and cats are welcome for an additional pet fee of $125 for the first two pets. Any damage caused by pets may be subject to additional charges.

BACKUP GENERATOR DURING POWER OUTAGES:

Our home is equipped with an automatic whole-home backup generator to keep the power running during unexpected or scheduled outages. The generator turns on automatically when power is lost, so you can continue enjoying your stay with minimal interruption. Please note that the generator may produce some noise while operating.

PARTIES AND EVENTS STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

Parties and events are not allowed. Cameras at the home’s entrance & common areas are used to monitor the property.

Do Not Tamper with Outdoor Security Cameras located at the following locations: Front door, Garage, Storage Shed, & Back Patio/Hot tub

QUIET HOURS:

We pride ourselves on being good neighbors, so we request that guests try to observe a quiet hour policy between 10pm - 8am every day.

SMOKING:

Smoking inside the property is NOT ALLOWED and must be done away from windows to avoid smoke from entering the house. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 charge due to the required deep cleaning needed to ensure that no smoke smells linger for future guests.
