Welcome to a charming and well-designed 50 m² home with three bedrooms, perfect for families or small groups looking to be close to both the beach and nature. The house has been recently updated with a modern, fresh kitchen and a stylish bathroom, and features high ceilings that create an airy and spacious feel.
Out on the large porch, there’s plenty of space for socializing, dining in the evening sun, and relaxing. Here you’ll also find a large grill, perfect for summer evenings with family and friends.
The location is hard to beat—just a two-minute walk from the fantastic Tofta Strand, one of Gotland’s most popular sandy beaches. By car, you can reach Visby in about 20 minutes, making this a peaceful retreat close to nature yet still near the city’s vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and attractions.
