Great location with privacy -and short walk to the beach. Nice open living room-dining room-kitchen space.

The place is big and has a great view. However, it needs a deep clean. The rugs are very dirty. There’s ceiling mold in the upstairs bathroom, dirty curtains, dingy white towels, ceiling fan blades that are caked with dust. You just get the vibe that a quick surface “clean” is the only thing that gets done.
