Modern two bedrooms two bathrooms - Full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and other small appliances. Also with washer and dryer. Sleeps 5 people comfortably with two queen beds in each room, one sofa and a futon in the living and dining area. Fifteen minutes walk to Saunders Beach and to the World Famous Arawak Cay. Ten minutes walk to Bahama Grill for good ole down home Bahamian cooking and some of your favorites like BBQ ribs served with a Bahamian flair. Free WiFi, Enclosed Yard. Unit is tiled throughout and located in a charming neighborhood.

Mrs. T is an absolutely wonderful host; very helpful and responsive. The apartment is perfect for a simple stay in Nassau. Everything was very clean and working conditions. Recommend this 100%.

The property is much more spacious than we were expecting. We lacked nothing. Came with everything we needed. Very clean. Very nice. Mrs. T is a gracious host.

We have stayed at this property a few times and it always meets expectations! The host is amazing and very responsive to communication. The space is large, clean, and very comfortable.
