YYC Cozy Suites

It is all good

Great location and owner was very responsive and kind.

Clean, quiet, good location

Communication was poor. He didnt check emails. Check in time change was requested via email, no confirmation. Instrucions for check in said door codes were to be sent a hr before check in, but due to check in time change not being confirmed a call was made to #. He said he communicated only via app. I later downloaded the app, no communication on the app either. Door codes sent the hour before old check in request, not new check in time. Wifi pass codes were incorect.. minor problem but part of miscommunication. Man invited us for BBQ, but then said it would be unprofessional to do so. He called again that evening, I didn't answer because I was busy, no message left. Also, the smell of Glade plug ins was over powering. Had to open doors and windows. Not good for someone scent sensitive
