That was Jan 19 and until now I still have not received refund for my payment for reservation I never got to use. Plea

Stay away from this property. I booked it and never got to use as it was double booked for the night I reserved it. The owner informed me right away that it didn’t sync with AirBnB as someone else already booked it there but Booking.com still allowed me to book it. So I just asked for it to be cancelled and refund my payment right away. Owner said she already informed Booking.com That was Jan 19 and until now I still have not received refund for my payment for reservation I never got to use. Please refund my payment. Thank you.
