If you want to cycle, you can do so on the new Ravellroute, even untrained cyclists can easily cycle to Aachen or Sourbrodt as the route is very flat. In the immediate vicinity, there is the option of riding railbikes on the former Vennbahn railway line. The summer toboggan run in Rohren is approx. 8 km away and the Hellenthal wildlife reserve can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
