It is ideal for getting out and about in nature, surrounded by lovely hiking and cycling trails, with direct access to the core zone of the biosphere area of Schwäbische Alb. Various caves, castles and ruins, as well as thermal baths are in the vicinity. In winter there are ski lifts and marked cross-country skiing trails for those who enjoy winter sports.
