The south-east facing balcony overlooking the pool is equipped with patio seating, a parasol, a natural stone barbecue and outdoor lighting. A garage parking space in the closed underground car park can be booked on request. However, there are also plenty of parking spaces directly at the residential complex. The entire residential complex is monitored and fenced. There are two communal pools at your disposal, including a children's pool. Sun loungers are also freely available (cushions are provided in the flat). In high season there is a catered kiosk by the pool with a selection of food and drinks. The village of Falesia (Praia da Falesia) is located in one of the most beautiful areas around Albufeira, with the longest continuous sandy beach in the Algarve. This invites you to walk for miles along the beach or along the cliffs (mountain bike tours along the cliffs or paragliding and many other sporting activities) will not make your holiday boring despite the quiet location. Bicycles can be hired in the neighbouring village. There is a tennis court next to the holiday complex, which can be hired from a neighbouring hotel.
