It was completely renovated in 2014 and fitted with the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (warm/cool) in all the rooms. It is accessed up outdoor stairs, leading to the separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It has a light and airy and light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a very modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The lower floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a digital flatscreen TV with a USB port and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs.A breakfast bar separates the dining room from the modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sun terrace, with a table and chairs for leisurely meals outdoors. The larger bedroom also has direct access to a second private sun terrace with a table and chairs, affording an extensive panoramic view over pine trees as far as the sea. A cot and a highchair are available, along with free wireless Internet access in the apartment. The apartment is only about 50 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. There is another beach about 200 metres away. It is only about 50 metres to the centre of Mlini with shops, cafés and restaurants.
