The 53 m² outdoor area of the holiday accommodation includes, among other things, a covered outdoor kitchen and an indoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of the house guests. The relaxation area by the pool is equipped with sun loungers, seating and tables and is covered in eucalyptus parquet. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, worktop, sink, dining table with chairs, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a high-quality grill. The outside kitchen, which has a sloping roof, can be closed if necessary to allow you to eat outside while still being protected from the wind. Deck chairs and seating areas with tables are available for relaxing and sunbathing. You have the possibility of using four outdoor parking spaces free of charge. The house is located on a private (asphalted) road. Please note that the property is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed. On the ground floor there is a studio used by the owner. On the upper floor Internet access is only available via LAN (cable) connection. Four bicycles and a child seat are at your disposal.
