It is in the idyllic little fishing village of Razanj. Owing to the convenient, central location of the house, there are two restaurants, two coffee bars, a grocery shop and everything else you need nearby, so you will not need a car. The 255m² two-storey house was fully renovated in 2016 and is suitable for ten people. Children can play and run around on the lawn in the garden, while the infinity pool next to it provides fun and enjoyable moments for all ages. In front of the pool at ground level there is a 40m² terrace for relaxing outdoors. It has a large table where you can enjoy meals. An awning provides shelter from too much sun. The outdoor area by the pool can be illuminated at night. There are two car parking spaces on site. . The owner can also organise trips to the nearest national parks Slapovi Krke and Roski Slap, as well as daily tours to Kornati National Park and the nearby islands. The sea and the little harbour are about 80 to 90 metres from the house. It is 300 metres to the pebbled beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
