This generous villa, built in 2014, is away from everyday noise in the little village of Kačana, just a minute’s drive from the town of Vodnjan. On the ground floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, which even has a dishwasher. There are three bathrooms, of which two are on the ground floor, one of which has a bath. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower. On the upper floor there are also a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a supplementary bed. A little balcony rounds off this floor. The little town of Vodnjan is very nearby and has many restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is just eight kilometres away, about a ten-minute drive. Owing to the location in the south-east of Istrian, the town of Pula with the Roman Colosseum is also within easy access. There is parking space for up to three cars on site.
