There are eight bicycles available, which you can use for trips to the beach or the town centre in just a few minutes. Four cars can be parked free of charge in the villa's private car park. Pets are allowed on request. Completed in March 2018, the luxuriously furnished modern villa offers enough space for a maximum of ten people on two floors of just under 100 m2 each. The fourth bathroom can be accessed directly from a bedroom and is equipped with a washbasin and shower. The fourth WC is located in a separate room. Both floors of the villa are equipped with central air conditioning and heating, which can be individually controlled in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the villa. The sea and the beach, as well as the centre of Cannes (Croisette, Festival Palais) can be reached on foot in approx. ten to fifteen minutes.
