The house is only a 10 minute walk from Portals Nous, where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants such as Capuccino or Ritzi. There is also a harbour with luxury yachts, a beach, the Marineland dolphinarium, as well as clothes boutiques and, in winter, the Christmas market. The nearest beaches to the house: Cala Portals Nous, Playa Oratori de Portals, Playa Punta Portals, Playa Costa d'en Blanes. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away, from where you can easily reach Palma, Palma Nova, Magaluf or Andratx. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue.
