Location and the place
Laundry was to loud when it was in use.

We loved the placement of the house! Not too close to downtown but can walk anywhere if needed!!! Loved how close we were to the beach. We had a baby with us and appreciated all of the baby amenities!!! They also had tons of stuff to use at the beach as well as lifejackets for babies and children which was awesome!!!
The showers could use a little better cleaning.
