Disney theme parks are no more than 20 minutes drive away and Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 30 minute drive. The Tuscan Ridge development has communal tennis courts & a children's play area and local shops and restaurants (including a 24-hour supermarket) are just a three-minute drive away. Adjacent to this is a lounge area with comfy sofas seating six people and patio doors out to the pool deck. Continuing through the villa is the kitchen in the middle of the villa which has a breakfast bar seating three people and an additional table with seating for four people. The kitchen overlooks the main family lounge, which has a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. For a small charge the pool can be heated and we recommend you arrange this if you are staying between October and April. The separate hot-tub (steps up) is heated at no extra charge.
