The location was perfect and the apartment itself clean, spacious and comfy
The support from the apartment’s was really limited. Before the stay we didn’t know how many people would travel, so I asked for the couch to be prepared just in case. Couch was never prepared.
Then, the first night, after a really unpleasant sleep I asked for extra pillows (as the ones provided were very flat). They told me that there were extra pillows in the closet. However, there were no pillows. I also asked for a lighter duvet or a bed cover, as the apartment was really hot and they told me that they do not have any.
My experience was very disappointing
