The distance to the sea and the wide sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee is * 3 km, and can also be reached by bicycle / car. From the holiday home you walk in * 10 minutes to the centre of Egmond aan den Hoef and in * 20 minutes to the centre of Egmond aan Zee, with its cosy shops, Restaurants, Cafés and Coffee terraces. On the sunny side there is a terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is screened, with access, both from the living room, and from a side entrance next to the summer house. BBQing is allowed on the terrace. There is also parking and you can bring your own bikes. Bicycles can also be rented in Egmond aan Zee if required. The summer house is a modern stone holiday home with central heating, and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, living room with kitchen and private garden with a south-facing terrace with garden furniture.The house is furnished for 2 persons and all rooms are on the ground floor.
