Villa Anthos features one elegantly appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay. The 10 sqm outdoor swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the Cretan landscape. Surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, this area is ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a good book by the water. For a more relaxed outdoor experience, Villa Anthos offers an outdoor shower to cool off after a dip in the pool. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to four guests. A ceiling fan in the dining area ensures you can dine in comfort, even during the warm summer months. The villa also offers a parking space for added convenience. *Heated Pool Policy - Season 2026 The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28°C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days’ advance notice for this ​amenity, and ​when selected, it is provided ​only for the entire duration of the stay. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival. NEW 2027 SEASON - HEATED POOL POLICY For all reservations for the upcoming 2027 season, the swimming pool of can be heated upon request, free of charge, by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on the weather conditions, from March until the 10th of June and from the 10th of September until the end of November. Please note that we require 3 days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, from the 11th of June until the 9th of September, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request 3 days' advance notice for this facility, the minimum usage period is 3 days, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival. From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of the Law, there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is two euros per night from April to October and half a euro per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
