Vacation in architectural monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the listed buildings are given a new future and holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the foundation Vacation in architectural monument (FiB), which was founded in 2005 by the Swiss Heritage Society. The kitchen and a large living/dining room are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the 3rd floor there are two rooms, a living room with balcony plus a toilet. The floors are made of wood and stone, which is why we recommend good slippers. Garden: The house is located directly on the village square of Bondo and does not have its own garden. However, there are countless opportunities to explore nature around Bondo. WLAN: Available Open: The house can be rented all year round. Pets: Are allowed. Altitude: 823 metres above sea level. IMPORTANT ADDITION The Cäsa Picenoni Cief is a listed building that has been renovated with great respect for the existing fabric. The tenant is aware of this and treats the property with care.
